Job description:

As a full-stack developer in the Optitex tech team, you will be working on design and development applications built primarily in JavaScript, AngularJS, Python and PostgreSQL on Amazon Web services platform. You will be a key part of a small startup-like team which takes full ownership of their part of our platform. The candidate should continually evaluate emerging frameworks and technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that strengthen our development team.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years experience in building high performance, highly scalable, and fault-tolerant multi-tenant SaaS based applications;
  • Deep understanding of core front-end web technologies and protocols (JavaScript, HTML, CSS);
  • Experience using AngularJS and Django is an advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to master object oriented development in Java, C# or Python;
  • Experience with clouding computing technologies such as Amazon AWS or Google AppEngine;
  • Strong knowledge in software architecture, data structures and modern design patterns;
  • Bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science a related technical field;

Job Requirements

Pre-Sales Consultant (Europe)

Position Overview:

The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for pre and post sales activities, including managing the project and technical relationship with key accounts from the automotive industry in Europe.  The TAM will support customer needs in adopting, implementing, and gaining value from Optitex solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team with technical and project management of pre-sale demos and pilots
  • Discover customer business goals, technical requirements and create solutions, proposals and implementation plans
  • Coordinate, manage and execute ongoing project delivery based on defined goals, training plans and project milestones
  • Liaise with the Sales teams to generate, qualify and advance new opportunities as well as resolve customer relationship issues
  • Provide market insights from customers and non-customers to the Product Development teams
  • Liaise with the Product team to resolve and prioritize product-related issues for accounts being managed
  • Assist the Customer Support team in resolving complex customer issues, as required

Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical and business knowledge in the creation, product development & manufacturing processes/operations of the automotive industry
  • 5+ years of technical experience in production oriented management
  • Proven knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, Marker and Nesting solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Cutting Room solutions (Lectra, Gerber…)
  • Strong customer relationship and management skills

3D Software Developer

Position Overview:
Become a part of the cutting edge computer graphics technology, making Hollywood-style cloth simulation effects. We are a small team of independent and motivated professionals. Looking for experienced Software Development Engineer to help us make impossible possible.

Primary Responsibilities:
To take part in design, implementation and maintenance of tools, algorithms and core libraries related to the Optitex 3D workflow in areas such as rendering, 3D geometry processing, physical simulation, and character animation.

Qualifications:

  • BA, B.Sc and/or M.Sc in Computer Science, Physics or Math. Mechanical Engineers with strong programming experience are welcome.
  • Experience in Computer Graphics programming, at least one of the following areas:
    a. Real time rendering (OpenGL, DirecX) – including programmable shaders (HLSL, GLSL, CG, etc.)
    b. Physical simulation or FEM/FEA.
    c. Geometry processing/Computational geometry
  • Candidates with background in related areas such as CAD, Computer Vision, Image Processing/Simulation will also be considered
  • Strong programming skills C++ – Must, C# and Python – an advantage
  • 3 years + experience or outstanding graduates with the following tools is considered an advantage:
    a. parallel programming (OpenMP/TBB)

Position Overview:

The Customer Success Technical Account Manager will be responsible for handling all technical aspects of the relationship with key accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with users and representatives from major suppliers and retailers/brands to be more proficient and productive in using the software

The CAD team at Optitex builds 2D and 3D solutions, which enable leading fashion brands and their supply chain, in the design and manufacturing of garments of all kind, from day to day casual garments to high end fashion.

As a PM on the CAD team, you will play a key role in defining, prototyping and executing the evolution of our CAD authoring tools which directly affect the capabilities and efficiency of our customers in bringing new products to the market faster and better.

The Technical Sales Specialist, will report to the Country Manager Italy and will be responsible for pre and post sales activities, including technical relationship with key accounts from the fashion industry, primarily in Italy and from time to time in other European Countries. The Technical Sales Specialist will be the customer’s trusted advisor to support their needs in adopting and gaining value from EFI Optitex solutions.

Job Description:

  • Support Sales team with pre-sales activities that may include: assessing client’s needs, designing
  • solutions, conducting demos at customer’s site or via web, actively assisting in deal closure, etc.
  • Post-Sales activities include installations, training and customer support.
  • Provide market insights from customers and non-customers to the Product Development teams
  • Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be gradually involved in business related activities – exhibitions, road shows, customer seminars,
  • product launches, etc. as part of the regional sales team.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree related to the fashion industry and/or good knowledge and experience of the pattern
  • making, grading, tech design, 3D simulation technologies
  • 3+ years of working experience
  • Knowledge of at least one of the main 2D CAD software used in the Fashion industry;
