Throughout his career, he has held key managerial roles at industry-leading firms, including Creo, Eastman Kodak, X-Rite Pantone, and Epson Europe. Across Frank’s professional journey, he has demonstrated enthusiasm and talent for launching and expanding initiatives, guiding them towards enduring success, and fostering remarkable growth in new projects and products.

Jim Collins brings over 30 years of experience in the CAD/CAM business for textile-related manufacturing companies such as Cutting Edge, Gerber, Zund, and Lectra. He held leadership positions there, empowering the sales teams to surpass their quotas. He has been involved in the digital transformation of numerous companies by implementing digital solutions to their textile manufacturing systems and helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

Slavena Kiryakova has over 20 years of marketing expertise gained from her tenure with esteemed international companies across Europe and North America. She specializes in merging data analytics with creative marketing to drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and improve customer engagement. Since May 2021, she has led diverse marketing teams at Constellation Software, demonstrating her adept leadership. Her educational background is well-rounded, with degrees in Textile Engineering and Public Administration from a top European technical university, and a Commerce degree focusing on Marketing and Data Intelligence from Concordia University, Canada. She also holds a SAS certification in data mining and business analytics.

Roni Rotkop brings over 15 years of HR experience to global organizations such as DHL Express and Amdocs. She focused her career on assisting leadership teams and mid-level managers in growing and developing their organizations while navigating multi-cultural environments during difficult times. Roni possesses extensive experience in organizational development, employee engagement, labour relations, the end-to-end employee life cycle (hire-to-retire), team building, and training programs.
Roni has a BA in behavioral sciences from Ben-Gurion University and an MA in HR management from Tel Aviv University. She approaches HR management by being accessible to employees and supporting management in both day-to-day issues and strategic organizational changes.

Elton Koeberg has over 20 years of experience in customer success, pre-sales, professional services, technical support, and project management. He has held senior leadership roles at global giants like IBM, Diebold, and Epson, where he combined mentorship with strategic growth initiatives. His analytical approach has driven transformative improvements, benefiting teams and customers alike.

Paul Smithson has over 24 years of experience with a proven track record from his tenure at Avecto, ResponseTap, AppLearn, and Catchpoint, successfully bringing stable and reliable software solutions to market. He excels in recruiting, building, and leading diverse, high-performing teams. A staunch advocate for Agile methodologies, Paul excels in building and leading high-performing teams, emphasizing talent development and empowerment. His technical expertise spans from C++ desktop applications to cloud-based SaaS web development. With over a decade of senior leadership experience, Paul has delivered enterprise software to global clients across various sectors.

Jameson Glosnek brings more than 10 years of finance experience. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and a CPA, CA designation, Jameson’s background includes public accounting at BDO and PwC, along with roles in the software sector at Moneris – Canada’s largest payment processor. He joined Constellation Software 5 years ago, and presently, he manages the finances of 8 business units within Fog Software’s TAAR portfolio, showcasing his adeptness in navigating intricate financial scenarios and aiding in the achievement of strategic objectives.
